Despite its compact design, allowing it to easily fit in the trunk of a utility vehicle, the Hyper Sander 500 can be quickly divided into two parts, making it ideal for rental as well. This sander, with a powerful 4HP high-efficiency motor, combines exceptional versatility with outstanding performance.
Primarily designed for sanding and polishing marble and stone, its configuration with a metal dust cover and suction hose makes it perfect for working with concrete, screed, and for preparation and removal operations. Furthermore, the “3Drive” planetary system with counter-rotating motion minimizes vibrations, ensuring the operator a smooth and balanced experience. Not to mention the specially designed dust extraction system to minimize dust production during dry sanding.

MAIN FEATURES
- 3Drive Planetary: It’s a counter-rotating planetary system with “helical gears” made of tempered steel, which multiplies the tool speed, enabling high material removal rates and excellent finishes. The ø200mm discs feature Quick Lock and Quick Attach attachments, while the magnetic coupling simplifies and secures the tool mounting process. Furthermore, the use of flexible dampened joints contributes to making the work quieter, more precise, and comfortable.
